The Magic Potion

E-book

The magic potion was finally completed. Martha, the nurse, put the vile of crystal blue liquid to the lips of the princess. Almost immediately, the eyes of the princess blinked open and she  opened her mouth as if to scream... but nothing came out. Instead the princess simply smiled, began to laugh and exclaimed,  "How glad I am to see you all... what strange dreams I've had of  dragons, potions...!" The nurse wiped a tear from her eye and  replied, "How glad I am to see you also, princess, but that wasn´t a dream that is the reallity"
In that moment,a dragon enter throught the window and caught Martha and carried him to the dragon´s house in the mountain.
The princess was desolated and she didn´t understood anything, but she had one thing in the head, Martha rescued her to the etern sleep and she decided to save her from the dragon.
The princess took the father´s sword and went to the mountain to kill the dragon and rescue Martha.
When she arrived to the mountain the dragon threw flames but they didn´t impatc to the princess, then she nailed the sword into the dragon´s hearth and took Martha to the castle again.

In the question: When do you listen to music?
Most people answer every day, about one hour.
85% of people almost always listen the same type of music and share it with their friends.
60% of people prefer pop music, 35% prefer rock music (especially boys) and 5% prefer hip-hop or rap music.
Usually people upgrade his music in radio or Internet, especiually in a webpage called YouTube. This page is used formany people because there are videoclips of new songs.
We knew the sad new that people almost didn’t buy cd’s and download music from the Internet , a sad new for singers because they live from this.
Hopefully it will change in the future and people listen music like now.

Vega.
Her name is Vega. She is from Madrid. She is 15 yeras old. She's medium height and thin. Her hair is blonde and large. Her eyes are blue and she wears glasses, but she used to wear lens. She is friendly and funny. She loves chats on the Internet.
Vega is a goog student and she is responsaible. She has got good marks.

Anderson.
His name is Anderson and he´s 16 years old, Anderson is of medium height, about one metre seventy six and he´s of medium build , He´s got short, brown hair, brow eyes and fair complexion.
He doesn´t wear glasses. He like listen music and his favourites groups are Metallica, Airon Miden...In his free time he always play football and meet with his friends. He is very polite and responsaible.

Pablo.
 His name is Pablo and he’s about 16 years old.
Pablo is very tall, about one metre eighty-five and he’s of medium build. He’s got short, curly, brown hair, brown eyes and a relax complexion. He wear glasses. His appearance is active.
Pablo is an amusing, friendly boy and very funny guy. He loves telling jokes and laughing. In fact, he never stops talking. He is very friendly with ours and doesn´t spent a lot of time in seriously mode.

Estefanía's Diary:
This weekend it was veryy normal, but very boring too. Friday after school I went to my class of maths at 4 o´clock. I was studying during one hour.Then I went to my village with my mother and met my friends. At seven o ´clock I return to Zamora to buy a present for a friend because this weekend is her birthday. Saturday morning I was studying history. After lunch my friends come to my house to see a film. When the film finished we chatting on the Internet. Sunday morning I was studying and do my homework. In the evening I studied more because I have an exam tomorrow. Was boring!. At seven o´clock I went to walk with my mother and my aun. When we returned home I studied the new. The I dinner and went to bed.

Jaime's diary :
I am going to write a text about an ordinary day in my life. I usually get up at 7:30 h in the morning.Firstly I was my face . I have breakfast and I get dressed . Then I always get the bus to go to Secundary School Rio Duero. I stay there from 8:30 h to 14:25 h but I have two breaks.
When I go out I get the bus again come back to my village. I arrive at 3 o´clock. I have lunch after that I watch TV a short time and I go to private class.
About half past six I do my homework and study. If I have free time I like playing football with my friends. At half past nine I have a shower and after that I have dinner.
I like surfing and chatting on the Internet with my friends. I have a personal tuenti. At half past eleven or twelve o ´clock at night I go to bed because I get up early.

Hello! Yesterday was a day like any other. I get up at 7:55 h and I get dressed and breakfasat. Then I prepared the books of my subjects and went to high school. I had my first two classes and the first break. After that I had two classes more and the second break. In this break I played football with my friends. Finally I had two classes more. When I finished I went house to have lunch and then I do my homework. When I finished I studying two hours.Later I chatting on the Internet with friends and I was watching videos on YouTube.  At half past nine I had dinner and when I finished I saw TV for one hour. After that I read three chapters of a book "Las Leyendas" of Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer. Finally I went to bed because today I get up early.

The Meteorological Agency expected to locally heavy showers Friday in the southwester peninsula and weak to moderate storms in the Atlantic, with occasional storms.

This situation will persist throughout the weekend, because the expectation is that the rains will continue to appear in much of the peninsula on Saturday and Sunday.

Urban Tribes: SKATERS

Skater is the subculture of many skateboarders. Skaters often are similar to punk and skater punks are common. Skaters are opposed to police, and police action, however this is usually kept in the scope of keeping skaters from being hurt by police. They can be very creative in opposing police oppression, and unneeded skateboard bans. Skaters have sometimes replace "no skateboarding" with "go skateboarding". Skaters skate in streets, or concrete skateparks, as opposed to ramps.

Skateboarding is the act of riding and performing tricks using a skateboard. A person who skateboards is most often referred to as a skateboarder, or just skater.

Skateboarding can be a recreational activity, an artform, a job, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been shaped and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 report by American Sports Data found that there were 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled who had used a board in the last year were under the age of 18, and 74 percent were male.

Skateboarding is relatively modern. A key skateboarding maneuver, the ollie, was developed in the late 1970s by Alan "Ollie" Gelfand as a half-pipe maneuver. Freestyle skateboarder Rodney Mullen was the first to take it to flat ground and later invented the kickflip and its variations.

DEFENSE MECHANISM

An interesting note is the fact that skaters often carry cameras. They film what goes on while skating in order to shoot some decent footy for a nice video part or just for fun to watch themselves progress, but also often record police action incidents, so a camera is a defense mechanism of sorts.

CONTROVERSY

Skaters often are opposed to business's co-opting of skateboarding, which is one of things that differentiates them from other skateboarders. They often oppose, or do not support pro skateboarding.

Not all skateboarders are skaters. Many skateboarders strongly oppose skaters.

THREATS

The skater subculture is threatned of being eliminated by posers, bros, haters, and people who quit skating to bike. It is also threatened by Hip-Hops assimilation attempts and dangers. PSYCHE!

SKATE PUNK

Skater Punk, or Skate Punk is a subculture combining skater and punk. It is usually someone who dresses like a skater, rides a skateboard, and has some punk and some skater ideas. Due to the assimilation and co-opting attempts by big business and Hip-Hop, it is in danger and many people try to deny it's existence.

CULTURE

Skateboarding was, at first, tied to the culture of surfing. As skateboarding spread across the United States to places unfamiliar with surfing or surfing culture, it developed an image of its own. For example, the classic film short Video Days (1991) portrayed skateboarders as reckless rebels.

The image of the skateboarder as a rebellious, non-conforming youth has faded in recent years Certain cities still oppose the building of skateparks in their neighborhoods, for fear of increased crime and drugs in the area. The rift between the old image of skateboarding and a newer one is quite visible: magazines such as Thrasher portray skateboarding as dirty, rebellious, and still firmly tied to punk, while other publications, Transworld Skateboarding as an example, paint a more diverse and controlled picture of skateboarding. Furthermore, as more professional skaters use hip hop, reggae, or hard rock music accompaniment in their videos, many urban youths, hip-hop fans, reggae fans, and hard rock fans are also drawn to skateboarding, further diluting the sport's punk image.

Films such as Grind and Lords Of Dogtown, have helped improve the reputation of skateboarding youth depicting individuals of this subculture as having a positive outlook on life, prone to poking harmless fun at each other, and engaging in healthy sportsman's competition. According to the film, lack of respect, egotism and hostility towards fellow skateboarders is generally frowned upon, albeit each of the characters (and as such, proxies of the "stereotypical" skateboarder) have a firm disrespect for authority and for rules in general. Group spirit is supposed to heavily influence the members of this community. In presentations of this sort, showcasing of criminal tendencies is absent, and no attempt is made to tie extreme sports to any kind of illegal activity
